The Lock & Stock app’s programming tracks the student’s time away from the smartphone and blocks notifications from social media apps so the student can spend time on other activities of their choice.

“Our goal is to improve the lives of students and we want to fight digital addiction around the world,” said Craig Fernandez, a 23-year-old co-founder and CEO of Lock & Stock.
